MOTION. SPACES. CONTINENTS : Growing up in a big city (St. Petersburg, Russia), Natalia was exposed to culture and performing arts at an early age and spent much of her time singing and dancing in children's groups.
DESTINATION new country: After graduating from high school Natalia received a scholarship and attended the prestigious Jagellonian University in Krakow, Poland. She sang in clubs and danced in a student group throughout her college years and graduated with a masters degree in linguistics before moving to the United States.
NOW IT ALL MAKES SENSE: all that experience and steps will help later to shape her Lyrical/Songwriting and Performing Skills……US of A….is where she started taking voice lessons and adopting a new language, after two years of living in the US, Natalia was encouraged by a friend to start writing her own songs in English: “ I had never done it before and was really surprised how melodies and lyrics would pour out of me”.
OVER THE OCEAN : Maciek Aleksandrowicz located in Poland created the sounds to her melodies and lyrics. Collaborating over the internet ONLY
2005 a year of first International SONGWRITING AWARDS and winning in showcases.
JUNE 2006 : ELECTROSOUL is born now *ElectroSoul - is the name of Natalia’s debut 5 songs EP .It is also the name she gave to her style of music, which is a fusion of electronica, rock, soul and dance music
NOW it was the TIME to get back to a first LOVE…that is Performing…LIVE SHOW comes to live. On stage with Shiny Toy Guns, Clear Static, Kill Hannah, Michelle Shaprow also appearing as headlining ACT. USA: NEW language and PHILOSOPY adopted here: Doing It Yourself. [booking promoting and putting together her own shows. Natalia had also co-directed and co-edited her first Music Video along with Tomasz Kurzydym ] and DOING IT NOW. First all ALONE. but not anymore :: many supporters JOINING forces now . 2007: new year is here. New and improved sounds coming along.
AWARDS:Apart from being a great live performer Natalia is a winner of numerous awards for her songwriting talent. Her song, Fears, was a winning song in VH-1s Song of the Year contest, judged by an elite panel consisting of Grammy® award winners as well as individuals from Rolling Stone, ABC Television and more. // 2005 Broadjam showcase winner Natalia was picked out of 500 Artists nationwide to perform at New England Musicians Expo 2005. // 2006 Billboard World Songwriting Competition-Memorable mention for the talent and dedication it takes to write a hit song
