LaUra is a world-class Belly Dancer who developed her craft through 

diligent work and supervision of well-known teachers. She has a power 

to hypnotize the audience with her elegant moves. "I feel truly 

blessed with the ability to captivate and energize my audience during 

the performance", says LaUra.

From an early age LaUra set her path on becoming a professional 

artist who could express herself through the movement and dance. Six 

years in ballet school in Uzbekistan were followed by practices of 

traditional Russian and Uzbek dances under supervision of well-known 

folklore professionals. With such a far-reaching experience LaUra was 

able to enrich herself as a dancer, artist and an outstanding 

performer. At the age of 15 she was fascinated by the world of belly 

dancing, which in the future allowed LaUra to shape her own style and 

perform on the international arena.

In 90s she toured in Lebanon (Beirut), where she also had a great 

pleasure to learn from a well-recognized belly dance performer - Margo

Kalfayan. After the extensive training and the development of 

fundamental and necessary techniques, LaUra continued to extend her 

professional stage experience. She performed under the exclusive 

entertainment contracts in several 5-star hotels in the United Arab 

Emirates, Switzerland, Yemen, India and other countries. She was 

performing for celebrities like Enrique Iglesias and Milla Jovovich.

Throughout the years LaUra studied with some of the best known 

teachers of the art of Belly Dance in the World: Margo Kalfayan, 

Yousri Sharif, Delilah, Laurel Victoria Gray, Raque Hassan, Aida 

Nur,Tito, Kodr Muminov.

In 2005 LaUra was traveling on the West Coast, California and Las 

Vegas, Nevada. While in Las Vegas, she shared stage at the concert 

Arabian Nights Extravaganza III (Paris Hotel) with Arabic Stars, such 

as Nawal El-Zoghbi and Fadel Chaker. In July 2007 LaUra was a part of 

International Belly Dance Convention (Las Vegas), she was a winner out

of 25 professional Belly Dancers and got 2nd runner up trophy for 

Professional Solo competition.

She is also the choreographer/director of her own dance group and an 

entertainment company in New York City Belly Trance
